背景·产业振兴

从产业园区到未来工厂

在全球局势变化和科技革命的双重推动下，制造业企业面临着转型升级的巨大压力；国家的低碳策略，也要求企业采用更环保高效的生产方式。打造一个集绿色制造、智能生产和高效物流于一体的未来工厂，已成为产业振兴的关键所在。

Under the dual impetus of global crises and technological revolutions, manufacturing enterprises are facing immense pressure to transform and upgrade. National low-carbon strategies also compel companies to adopt more environmentally friendly and efficient production methods. Establishing a future factory that integrates green manufacturing, intelligent production, and efficient logistics has become pivotal for industrial revitalization.

破圈·总部型工厂

升级与延续共济

项目地处浙江省桐乡市科创板块。场地规划分两块：东侧为形象片区，中部为生产片区，两块总面积约四十五万余平方米，形象区和主力生产区为一期和二期。作为振石新材料的集中生产和研发基地，项目建成后将成为新一代振石产业工厂的示范园区。

The project is situated in the technology innovation sector of Tongxiang City. The site planning is divided into two sections: the eastern part of the site is designated as the image zone, while the central part is allocated for the production zone, covering a total area of approximately 450,000 square meters. The image zone and the main production area are planned for the first and second phases, respectively. Upon completion, it is expected to serve as a centralized production and research and development base for Zhenshi New Materials, as well as a demonstration park for the next generation of Zhenshi industrial factories.

是工厂亦是总部

在这个项目中，工厂即是总部。以规模为依托，我们希望重构未来工厂的概念，使之不仅仅是生产和物流基地，更是实业公司重要的形象窗口，进而打破工厂与办公传统因侧重不同和成本高低带来的印象壁垒。

The factory is the headquarters, and with scale as our foundation, we aim to redefine the concept of the future factory. It should not merely be a base for production and logistics but also serve as a significant image showcase for the industrial company. This approach seeks to break down the traditional perceptual barriers between factories and offices, which have historically been divided by differing priorities and cost considerations.

立意· 六边形战士

科技超线公园

起一座九宫格布局

规划之初，我们力图打造产/配/研为一体高效运转的枢纽型立体物配格局，让整个园区建立起生产/上班/参观立体分流的交织网络，形成井然有序的宫格空间，成为一个立体“六边形战士”。

From the outset of the planning process, our goal has been to create a hub-style, three-dimensional logistics and distribution layout that integrates production, distribution, and research into an efficient operational system. This design aims to form an interwoven network of vertical分流 (diversion) throughout the entire park during production, work, and visits, resulting in an orderly grid-like space. Ultimately, we strive to build a three-dimensional hexagonal warrior, symbolizing a versatile and robust facility.

束一颗脑机之“芯”

形象区以数据之芯/文化展厅为核心展开，既是形象标识亦是园区门户。产业之芯如同园区脑机，亦如园区精神堡垒兼园区门卫，控制及驱动着整个园区。芯大楼如一个巨大的六边形，两侧兼具功能和结构，营造出超尺度的肃穆感；立面柔和开合变化的表皮提供轴线放向上开放的视野和与旷野眼眸似的对望感。

The image area is centered around the "Data Core" and the cultural exhibition hall, serving both as an iconic landmark and the gateway to the park. The "Industrial Core" acts as the brain of the park, functioning as both its spiritual fortress and gatekeeper, controlling and driving the entire park. The Core Building, resembling a massive hexagon, integrates functionality and structure on both sides, creating a solemn sense of grandeur beyond scale. Its façade, with its gently opening and closing variations, offers an open axial view and a gaze towards the wilderness, akin to a dialogue with nature.

展一对研发之“翼”

脑机之芯两侧为研发大楼，中间由企业展廊相联。研发大楼以立体“ZS”为造型，寓意业主多维一体的企业文化。横向的线性格栅强化了建筑的绿建性能，也营造出园区新材料科技之中的细腻柔和。

On either side of the Brain Core, our research and development buildings extend, connected by a corporate exhibition gallery in the center. The R&D buildings feature a three-dimensional "ZS" design, symbolizing the owner's multi-dimensional and integrated corporate culture. Horizontal linear grilles enhance the green building features of the structure, while also creating a delicate and soft ambiance within the park's new material technology environment.

立一面科技之“晶”

形象区背面是厂房区，是结出成果的生产物流区域。厂房我们以结晶为喻，通过六边形交织镶嵌成夯实又通透的立面，构建了企业的护城河。物流是生产区的枢纽板块，有重卡进出，我们以具有巨型雕塑感的卸货雨棚为基础，烘托出其上细腻如散热口的仓库立面，如地堡般熠熠生辉。厂库之上设屋面停车，结合光伏形成高效运转的顶层设计。

On the backside of the image area lies the factory section, which serves as the productive and logistical hub where results come to fruition. We metaphorically liken the factory to a crystal, with hexagonal patterns interwoven and embedded to form a solid yet transparent façade, constructing the enterprise's moat. Logistics acts as the central nexus of the production zone, with heavy trucks coming and going. The area is anchored by a sculptural, monumental unloading canopy, which highlights the delicate, vent-like façade of the warehouse above, gleaming like a bunker. Above the factory warehouse, rooftop parking is integrated with photovoltaic systems, creating an efficiently operational top-level design.

留一座生态之“谷”

谷在轴线尽端，是厂与厂之间的带状绿地，在功能上提供园区来宾的参观流线，以及优化员工上下班途经的环境品质。我们在此以“谷”为概念，回应被厂区挤压的带状壁垒空间，用“绿谷”柔化玻璃带来的冷冰感，将连廊、叠石、水景、LED巨幕通过线性串联，形成一个立体的超线公园。

At the end of the axis lies the "Valley," a ribbon of green space between the factories. Functionally, it provides avisitor flow for the park. guests and enhances the environmental quality for employees commuting to and from work. Conceptualized as a "Valley," it responds to theribbon-like barrier space compressed by the factory areas, using the "Green Valley" to soften the coldness brought by glass. By linearly connecting walkways, stacked stones, water features, and an LED giant screen, it forms a three-dimensional super-linear park.

展望·未来工厂示范

文化赋能+产业破圈的设计之行

随着国家政策的导向变化，工业有望为产业板块开启破冰之路。类振石集团等龙头企业在企业扩张中探索工厂结合总部的模式，将为未来工厂提供借鉴与示范价值。

With the prioritization of national policies, industry has taken precedence over real estate, becoming the breakthrough path for the industrial sector. Leading enterprises like Zhenshi Group are exploring models that integrate factories with headquarters during their expansion, setting a pioneering example for the future of factory demonstration.

以文化为媒介，赋能常规的产业/工厂，同时探索有底层可持续健康运营的新模式，成为产业地产项目的关键选项。拥抱新媒介，共鸣戏剧性，产业而非单纯的产业，我们将以N+的联动破圈，尽力塑造有活力的可持续业态与空间。

Reflecting on past industrial real estate projects, using culture as a medium to empower conventional industries and factories, while exploring new models with sustainable and healthy operations at their core, has become a viable option. Embracing new media and resonating with dramatic elements, the focus shifts from pure industry to an N+ interconnected approach that breaks boundaries, striving to create vibrant and sustainable formats and spaces.
