This visionary building in Beijing is conceived as an architectural marvel, comprising two distinctive yet seamlessly integrated parts that redefine the cityscape.

在地面层，一个带有透明外墙的大型公共展览空间，邀请社区居民参与文化展示，促进建筑与城市环境之间的共生关系。而上方的屋顶广场是一个人造景观，将郁郁葱葱的绿色植物和城市元素融合在一起，创造出一个悬在城市上空的共享绿洲。

At ground level, a grand public exhibition space with transparent facades invites the community to engage with cultural displays, fostering a symbiotic relationship between the building and the urban environment. Above, a rooftop plaza serves as an artificial landscape, blending lush greenery and urban elements to create a communal oasis suspended above the city.

一座三层建筑优雅地“漂浮”在广场上方，它被设计成城市中一个有机形态的庇护所。这个具有亲密感的空间与下方的线性结构形成了对比。

Floating gracefully above the plaza is a three-floor building with a smaller footprint, designed as an organic and private sanctuary in the city landscape. This intimate volume introduces a fluid contrast to the linear structures below.

The iconic image of the building emerges from the harmonious interplay between the public and private realms, transparency and solidity, nature and urbanity. This architectural dialogue not only captivates visually but symbolizes the dynamic spirit of modern Beijing, establishing the structure as a landmark that embodies contemporary design and cultural integration with references to the history in the heart of the city.

无缝过渡和“盛情邀请” Seamless Transition and "a Grand Invitation"

建筑底层是一个开放、诱人的公共展览空间。宽阔的玻璃幕墙将参观者带入一个充满活力的文化展示和艺术表达世界。这里的建筑就像一块透明的画布，将内部展览区与外部城市环境连接起来。这就在建筑和城市之间建立了一种共生关系，邀请社区参与建筑内丰富的文化创造。

The ground floor stands as an open and inviting public exhibition space. With expansive glass facades, it welcomes visitors into a vibrant world of cultural displays and artistic expression. The architecture here serves as a transparent canvas, connecting the interior exhibition areas with the external urban environment. This creates a symbiotic relationship between the building and the city, inviting the community to engage with the rich cultural tapestry housed within.

新建筑与“城市客厅”错综复杂地交织在一起。整个底层被设计为过渡区，模糊了公共与专属之间的界限，鼓励自然的人流、互动和社区归属感。设计战略性地设置了自助餐厅、阅览室和工作室等社交空间，鼓励人们自发交谈和合作。建筑本身形成一种向城市开放的邀请姿态，吸引社区居民参与到建筑内丰富的活动中来。

The new building is intricately woven with the innovative idea of an "urban living room,". The whole ground floor is designed as transitional zones, blurring the lines between public and private, encouraging a natural flow of people, interaction and social community feeling. Social spaces, such as the cafeteria, reading room, and workshop, are strategically placed to encourage spontaneous conversations and collaboration. The architecture itself becomes a gesture of invitation open to the city, drawing in the community to partake in the vibrant activities within.

灵活配置 Flexible Configurations

内部空间的设计充分考虑了灵活性。可移动的家具、模块化的布局和可转换的空间可以满足各种活动的需要，包括从非正式聚会到有组织的活动。这种适应性确保了建筑能够随着用户不断变化的需求而发展，就像家中的客厅一样能有各种使用方式。

The interior spaces are conceived with flexibility in mind. 屋顶广场：自然与城市的和谐 Roof Plaza: Nature and Urbanity in Harmony

大展览空间的上方是建筑的核心——屋顶广场。这个被抬起的平台既是公共聚会空间，也是自然与城市交融的人工景观。茂密的绿色植物，水景和雕塑般的城市家具营造出一个空中的世外桃源。屋顶广场不仅是住户的休闲场所，也是市民的公共场所，模糊了社区空间和公共空间的界限。

Above the grand exhibition space lies the heart of the building—the roof plaza. This elevated platform serves a dual purpose, functioning as a communal gathering space and an artificial landscape that seamlessly intertwines nature and urban elements. Lush greenery, water features, and sculptural urban furniture create a haven suspended above the city. The roof plaza is designed not only as a retreat for occupants but also as a public destination, blurring the boundaries between private and shared spaces.

建筑融入了自然光和绿色元素，旨在为沐浴在阳光下的客厅营造出宁静氛围。大窗户、天窗和绿地将室内与外部环境连接起来。这样的设计不仅增加了美感，还有助于营造一种可持续的、令人振奋的氛围。

Incorporating elements of natural light and greenery, the building aims to evoke the serene ambiance of a living room bathed in sunlight. Large windows, skylights, and green spaces connect the interior with the external environment, creating a seamless blend between the urban structure and the natural world. 空中专属绿洲 Private Oasis in the Sky

在广阔的屋顶广场上“漂浮”着一座占地面积很小的三层建筑。这个独特的体量空间具有私密感，与下方的开阔空间形成鲜明对比。该建筑的有机形状给人一种流动与和谐的感觉，与广场的线性结构元素形成视觉对比。这个部分具有空灵的外观，在繁华城市中提供了一个亲密、宁静的庇护所，可以用于沉思、会谈、产品展示、商务接待和促成合作。

Floating above the expansive roof plaza is a three-floor building with a smaller footprint. This distinct volume houses the most private and intimate spaces, providing a contrast to the openness below. The organic shape of this volume introduces a sense of fluidity and harmony, creating a visual contrast against the linear and structured elements of the plaza. This upper structure, almost ethereal in appearance, serves as a sanctuary above the dynamic urban tapestry, offering privacy and tranquility, offering a retreat for reflection, meetings, product presentations, business reception and investment promotion.
