SAKURACHORUS is a public passage connecting Zones A and B of the mixed-use complex "Shibuya Sakura Stage," completed in November 2023 in the Shibuya Sakuragaoka area. It is a bridge space built over a newly developed urban planning road.

The newly built facility "Shibuya Sakura Stage" is part of an ambitious urban renewal endeavor by Tokyu Land Corporation in the area around Shibuya Station, which commenced with Shibuya Hikarie in 2012 and was followed by Shibuya Stream in 2018 and the development of Shibuya Scramble Square and Fukuras in 2019. The Shibuya Sakura Stage complex is set to be what Tokyu calls the final puzzle piece, putting an accent on the transformation around the iconic station area.
Shibuya Sakura Stage was completed in November 2023 under the concept of "stroll around a neighborhood full of joy." The section also features open spaces and event spaces for a variety of events and exhibitions.
The spatial design is handled by FLOWPLATEAUX a spin-off from the creative group Rhizomatiks. Inspired by the cherry blossom trees of Sakuragaoka, after which the area is named, lighting, sound, mist, and other elements are installed on pillars.
These elements are synchronized with people flow and environmental data obtained from weather sensors, creating an organic and vibrant atmosphere in the plaza, attracting people and generating lively activity.
