Green Park 位于孟加拉国吉大港市中心附近，是由SPARK 设计的又一重要综合体项目。该项目融合了商业和住宅功能，包括约 5,000 平方米的商业裙房以及约23,000平方米的住宅，住宅单元分布在三栋19层塔楼之中。
Located near the city centre of Chittagong, Bangladesh, Green Park is a prominent mixed-use development designed by SPARK. The project delivers a blend of commercial and residential space, including a podium of approximately 5,000m2 and a total of approximately 23,000m2 of residential units over three 19 storey towers.

商场的入口设计是该项目的一大特色，入口高于街道平面，通过景观阶梯与坡道连接至地面层，消费者们拾级而上，进入商场内部。阶梯两侧是层叠的水景，为Green Park繁忙的城市环境增添了一丝宁静氛围。ETFE顶篷以及入口设计强调了商场的门户形象，夜间灯光亮起时，入口处具有更高的可见性与辨识度。
A key feature is the podium’s elevated entrance accessed by a grand landscaped stair and ramp leading visitors towards the retail mall. The stair is flanked by cascading water features adding a notion of calm and relaxation amidst Green Park’s busy urban setting. The entrance is accentuated by an ETFE canopy and portal that is illuminated at night enhancing its visibility from the main road.

首层的室外餐饮平台和商场入口被绿色景观及LED显示屏环绕，上方的ETFE顶篷起到遮阳挡雨的效果，这也将是孟加拉国首例ETFE入口顶篷的应用。
What will be the first ETFE canopy in Bangladesh shelters the al fresco dining terraces and mall entrances which are flanked by soft landscaping and LED screens.

三栋住宅塔楼特色鲜明，墙体沿竖直方向向上延伸，超出了屋顶平面。同时，这些墙体也打破了常规的波浪形天际线，为本综合体项目提供了独特的视觉标识。
The three residential towers have a striking identity, defined by vertical cantilevered walls that extend beyond the roofline. The walls create a broken wave on the skyline, providing a unique visual identity to the development.
